Unlike heavy, purely traditional pads, the Player Edition uses advanced foam technology and compact moulding to maintain a lower profile, which is essential for quick running between the wickets and agility in shot-making.

1. Outer Facing: Premium imported Polyurethane (PU) or high-grade PVC facing for a sleek, durable, and easy-to-clean exterior.

2. Knee Roll: Articulated (multi-section) and traditionally shaped knee roll, often with a dedicated foam cradle for a secure, comfortable fit over the knee cap.

3. Side Wing: Extra high-density foam-filled side wings to offer wrap-around protection to the calf and side of the leg.

4. Instep: Padded instep (foot protection) often made with durable PU or nylon material and reinforced with hard-wearing piping for increased durability.

5. Straps: High-quality, wide Velcro straps, typically made of comfortable, cashmillon-padded or cushioned straps, to prevent digging into the skin and ensure a compact, wrap-around fit.

After every use, immediately remove the pads from your kit bag. Open the straps and hang the pads in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area to allow sweat and moisture to evaporate naturally.The internal padding often absorbs the most sweat. To neutralize odor, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda on the inside bolsters and instep. Leave it for several hours (or overnight), then shake or brush it out.
